Counselling in Schools

We offer a value for money, cost-effective, early intervention strategy, that impacts not only on the pupil but also on the school as a whole.

Schools are not tied in to yearly contracts.

Positive outcomes of counselling include; improved emotional wellbeing of a child, as well as other areas such as attendance and attainment.

Willow Project offers various, flexible contracts to schools with reflective prices; cost of sessions vary depending on how many consecutive ones are provided.

Counselling sessions are for 50 minutes and where necessary and appropriate, 2 children can be seen separately within this time frame. This can be discussed individually with schools, and on a needs basis.

All of our counsellors are qualified and are members of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), working to their ethical framework.
We do not allow student counsellors to work with young people.

An overview on positive outcomes for all children seen as a whole can be given, which is useful for tracking and complements other evidence that schools produce around their emotional wellbeing offer.
